We had a nice weekend, starting with the checkout of the June Friday Nighter, while many of our crew headed for Kennewick for the start of No Alibi. The checkout went well, and the course is really fun. Following the lead of other rallymasters this year, we kept the rally trap free, so it is an easy run with time keeping being the major task at hand. Drivers will have a good time. Navigators have been spared the task of counting telephone poles.
Registration for this novice oriented event opens at 6:45 PM at the Eastgate Park & Ride Parking lot in Bellevue (14200 SE Eastgate Way). The drivers meeting is at 7:10 and first car out will be 7:31. The entry fee is $20. The “bring a new team and your entry is free” special continues, so invite some friends and enjoy free entry. The rally runs North, and ends at Brava Pizza and Pasta, 120 Glen Ave in Snohomish.
Come on out and join us, and bring your friends!

I only wish that tsd rallying was alive in northern California. It has been nearly 50 years since I first ran a rally in the Northwest. What few rallies I have been able to run these past few years have been fun and brought back memories of a time when it was possible to compete in rallies from California to British Columbia..
